My wife and I hired Gladius to convert a concrete floored, dirty workshop/garage space into a guest suite with access to a new bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. Gladius was the only contractor we interviewed who had the vision to make the project work using an existing sink drain for the new shower drain (with modifications for code). The design was spot-on, executed on-time and on budget. Our project manager, Levi, went the extra mile to overcome challenges that arose and even helped get the job to completion on time before our relatives arrived! Gladius also power washed the entire area outside the renovation, leaving our property better before. Our in-law suite turned out perfect and I cannot believe the transformation of the space. Highly Recommend using Gladius for all of your renovation needs.

We hired Gladius to demo and replace the back door in our home. Levi was amazing to work with and provided us with all our options from the start, all while being super timely and responsive as we planned our the project. Even when the door supplier had delays, Levi made sure to keep us updated so we never had to worry about reaching out for information. The install went smoothly and the whole team was super friendly and respectful of our home (did a thorough clean up too!) - the new door fits perfectly and you'd never know we had it replaced with how well it matches the interior and exterior of our home, including the challenge of matching the stucco! Would highly recommend Gladius for any project and would hire them again for any future work on our home!
