Making renovations to your home should be a positive experience, free of burdens and stress. As a dedicated design-build firm, we work with you from conception to construction. Because we accurately estimate building costs throughout the design process, we help you avoid last-minute surprises and compromises. We value your input at every stage, and ensure every detail about your project is carefully communicated between design and construction teams.


With our Design Packages, you'll have access to an interior Designer who will work closely with you to ensure your vision is brought to life. With their expertise, you can be confident your space is not only beautiful, but functional as well. 


So, whether you're looking to spruce up a room, or completely remodel your entire home, we have a package that fits your needs. 


GLADIUS DESIGN PACKAGES

COSMETIC DESIGN PACKAGE - $800

  • Includes 5 hours with an interior designer to select decorative finishes. This may include selections of tile, countertops, paint colors, plumbing and fixtures, cabinets, etc. 
  • Does not include any floorplans or drawings
  • Additional hours and services billed directly with Designer if needed

CREATIVE DESIGN PACKAGE - $1800

  • Allows for up to 8 hours with a professional Interior Designer to assist with spatial planning and configuration.
  • Includes 3D renderings and conceptual planning for wall movement, room reorganization, non-structural remodeling, etc.
  • Provides 11" x 17" non-construction drawing print-out.
  • Additional hours and services billed directly with Designer if needed.

CONSTRUCT DESIGN PACKAGE - $3400

  • Allows upt to 16 hours with a professional Interior Designer to assist with full construction plans.
  • Includes 3D renderings and conceptual drawings for structural remodels, additions, etc. 
  • Provides construction plans needed for permitting purposes. 
  • Engineered stamped plans not included and priced seperately on scope of work basis.
  • Additional hours billed directly with Designer if needed.

We worked with Gladius Construction & Design to renovate our primary bathroom. Levi was fantastic in all aspects of the job. Levi and Gladius went above and beyond with their communication. Our construction manager was Mike and he was great to work with. Every person who came to work in our home was extremely professional. They were even friendly with our two dogs which was a bonus. We absolutely love the finished project. We will definitely work with them again down the road for our next renovation.
